Fan Casting Scott Tyler in The Gatekeepers [the Power of Five] 2020-2026

Scott is the twin brother of Jamie with the same backstory. He was the one who caused the death of their foster-father through the accidental mind control, something that caused him trauma and guilt lasting to the time of the books. While kidnapped by Nightrise Scott's mind was deeply damaged and they correctly believe that with the right factors he could be guided back to their side, to serve the Old Ones. Scott is stoic, tough and somewhat cynical to the world as well as possessing a dark sense of humour particularly after being in an abusive circus with Jamie. Jamie is largely the only person he cares about and his cynicism is deepened further after meeting Matt and Pedro who do not trust him. In the final film Scott's choices will define the outcome of the story. There are also several hints he has a romantic crush on Scarlett Adams.
