Story Plot
Troubled Wally West is sent to his Aunt Iris West's place in Central City. There, he bonds with his future uncle, Barry Allen. While Barry and Wally are playing baseball, Wally is struck by the same lightning that gave Barry his powers. As Barry trains Wally to be a hero, The Man In Yellow strikes, with the help from a drunken Aussie.
