THE FLASH: SCARLET SPEEDSTER introduces the DCCU to "The Fastest Man Alive". Barry Allen is a young forensic analyst for the Central City Police Department determined to work his way through the ranks and prove his father was falsely imprisoned for the murder of Barry's mother. However, when a freak lab accident occurs, Barry finds himself endowed with incredible speed and when a terrorist with new, reality warping technology emerges, Barry must hone his abilities and become the hero his city needs him to be.
