Tired of The Flash constantly stopping them from achieving their goals, 6 members of his rogues gallery join together to take him down. Led by Captain Cold, the newly dubbed "Rogues" formulate a plan that will allow them to commit the crime of the century and proceed to live out the rest of their days in peaceful retirement. Meanwhile, Barry and Iris' relationship has hit a rough patch, and the two have temporarily split up.
