Story Plot
Five years ago, forensic expert Barry Allen was struck by lightning amidst chemicals, creating a connection between Barry and the speed force. A couple years later Barry's cousin in law Wally West was also struck by lightning to, now they are a Speedster crime fighting duo in central city. Today a group of villains that all themselves the Rouges are terrorizing the city, can The Flash and Kid Flash stop them!
