Story Plot
Barry Allen mysteriously went missing in a flash of light a month ago, leaving Wally West, aka Kid Flash, as the sole protector of Central City. With no Flash, the villain group The Rogues has taken over. Overwhelmed, overworked, and outnumbered, Wally West must test himself as a hero and take over the mantle of The Flash.
