Story Plot
Two new supervillains appear in Central City in the forms of Captain Cold, a criminal armed with two cold guns and his instincts, and Gorilla Grodd, an intelligent ape who desires to take over the human race as revenge for both his and his species mistreatment. So, it's up to the Flash and two allies in two Green Lanterns to stop this dangerous duo before it's too late.
