Synopsis

From the same world as Batman: The Caped Crusader and Superman Rises comes the story of the fastest man alive. After being doused in chemicals and struck by lightning Barry Allen finds that he now has ability to tap into a power known as the speed force. He must now use these powers to defend his city from a villainous group of rogues. Please refrain from suggesting actors to reprise roles.

A super villain from Australia who uses an arsenal of high tech trick boomerangs. He was a bank robber who was captured by the Flash and sent to prison. He was broken out of jail and given his Captain Boomerang persona by James Jesse. He is a member of the Rogues.
