Synopsis

Following the events of “Batman Beware the Bat”, young forensics student Barry Allen moves in with his old roommate Wally West before an accident turns him into The Flash, a speedster who can travel at the speed of sound; the fastest man alive. But he must bare the burden and curse of super speed. As a part of my DC Universe, this movie begins a saga into my version of the DCCU

Description of Owen Mercer (Captain Boomerang):

The secondary antagonist to the film and one of Flash’s greater enemies. He works along side The Reverse-Flash to kill Barry. His father worked with boomerangs as well and got his ideas from him.
