Story Plot
From the same universe of Superman: Public Enemy. Barry Allen is missing! The people of Central City look everywhere to find him but they can’t. 15 year old Wally West idolized Barry (as The Flash). Surprisingly, out of nowhere, Wally is struck by lightning and gains speedster abilities. So it’s up to Wally to find Barry and become the hero Central City needs.
