Character Description

Essentially an intern at Mercury labs, also fan of the Flash. In this instance I would have Jay be a co founder of Mercury labs and I would have it so that she accidentally finds out his identity during a fight between him and the Rival. Also because he's getting slower and has to stop every now and then from distorting his face.
