Synopsis

As the Flash, Barry Allen thought he was invincible. However, while stopping a bank robbery, he finally discovers his weakness. Captain Cold and Heat Wave are the only individuals in Flash's career who have managed to hurt him. Armed with this information, the duo goes on a crime wave that shakes the core of Central City.
