Fan Casting The Flash: Below Zero

After the events with the Justice League, Barry has been training Wally West, his brother in law how to be a speedster. Meanwhile, Silas Stone at STAR Labs is attacked by Leonard Snart and Mick Rory former employee’s of the Labs and steals equipment. Later, Snart and Rory meet with criminals, Mark Mardon and Sam Scudder on forming a team called the Rogues. By building new equipment and having his sister, Lisa join the group, Leonard prepares to get back at The Flash.
