Story Plot
After the death of his uncle, Barry Allen, Wally West has been struggling to become the hero his uncle wanted him to be, The Flash. He feels as if he can't live up to the mantle as his uncle did at such a young age. But that all is put to the test when a group of villains who sparred with Barry in the past decides to form a team. Will Wally be able to defeat them and be the hero his uncle wants him to be?
