Fan Casting The Flash

After Barry Allen's trip to star city where he helped the green arrow take down Count Vertigo he returned home to be struck by lightning and thrown into a shelf of chemicals at his crime lab and when he woke up, he found himself with superhuman speed and went to star labs for further testing with help from the staff Ronnie Raymond who himself alongside Professor martin stein are known as the superhero firestorm and Hartley Rathaway who is genius in sonic frequency's. Barry decides to help people with these powers inspired by a golden age superhero he loved as a child and with that hero's permission and some strong advice from Oliver Queen he became THE FLASH and took down villainous Captain Cold.
