Story Plot
12 year old Barry Allen mother gets murdered by a man in yellow and his father gets blamed for the murder so 10 years later Barry is 24 and is a scientist and is still a fan of Jay Garrick aka the Flash and then decides to give him speed but nothing works but lightning and chemicals grants him speed and is like Jay and he becomes the Flash
