Phase 1 of my Revamped DC Universe
When Barry Allen was a kid, his mother was murdered and his father had been framed for the crime. He became a forensics scientist to try and prove his father’s innocence. One night Barry gets struck by lightning and chemicals spilled simultaneously, which gives him the power of super speed. He becomes a hero known as the Flash to protect Central City. Leonard Snart and Mick Rory are criminals that steal hi-tech weaponry from STAR LABS and use the weapons to become Captain Cold and Heatwave. The Flash must stop the two before they cause havoc.
