The story begins in the 21st century, in Cusco, Peru, the two American children are on the tourist to see down the place called, Kuzcotopia, with the water slide. The elderly man came in to see them for the story about Emperor Kuzco is the bratty, narcissistic ruler of an ancient South American empire, in 18th century, who also has an attitude problem. After firing his devious advisor Yzma, is hatching a plan to get revenge and usurp the throne. But, in a botched assassination courtesy of Yzma's right-hand man, Kronk, Kuzco is magically transformed into a llama. Now, Kuzco finds himself the property of Pacha, a lowly llama herder whose home is ground zero for the water park. So, Kuzco can be turned back into the human again.
