Standing 6'4" with ginger hair, he initially works as a janitor at the Torrance SDN branch before being recruited into the Z-Team. He wears a blue-and-yellow wetsuit with swimming goggles, reflecting his unique ability to spontaneously produce and expel water from his body. Though physically strong, Herman suffers from crippling social anxiety and a lack of self-esteem. He often stutters and freaks out under pressure, but he is deeply kind and fiercely loyal. He looks up to Robert (Mecha Man) as a mentor and lives with his grandmother. His powers include "Hydro Breath" and bodily liquid generation, which he can use to extinguish fires or blast enemies, though his lack of control occasionally leads to accidental "moist" situations for his teammates. Over time, encouraged by Robert, he gains the confidence to stand up for his friends, eventually becoming a brave, if still nervous, hero who proudly identifies as a member of the Z-Team.
