Synopsis

Batman raises the stakes in his war on crime. With the help of Lt. Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham City as the Joker.

Description of Jane Doe (Harley Quinn):

A former Arkham-Inmate since she‘s young at the age of 13, due of her brutal actions against the law and society. The Name of her is unknown but she allegedly was trained by a special-agent who worked for Amanda Waller. Jane was seeing the actions of the Joker on national TV in Arkham and became a fan of his persona, so when he came to Arkham the two criminal masterminds have found their Bonny & Clyde relationship...
