Now the monkey was not a bad movie in my opinion if I'm honest, but if I'm honest in my opinion I think that Osgood Perkins, because of what he showed here, may have had potential for another of my favorite works by the king of horror: the dark half The story follows Thad Beaumont, a writer who finds success with violent novels under the pseudonym George Stark. When he decides to "bury" Stark publicly, his alter ego comes to life and begins a brutal revenge. Thad must face his darker side before Stark destroys everything around him.
