The Conjuring Universe is an American media franchise and shared universe centered on a series of supernatural horror films. The franchise is produced by New Line Cinema, the Safran Company, and Atomic Monster Productions and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures in North America and Paramount Pictures Internationally. The four films that are directed by Michael Chaves are The Curse of La Llorona (2019), The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (2021), The Nun 2 (2023) and Soulless Dead (2027). Soulless Dead was the first film to be distributed by Paramount Pictures along with production company of New Line Cinema. Captain Gaston Perrault was the new main antagonist of Soulless Dead which was portrayed by Giancarlo Esposito who will play an evil chief of the Tonton Macoute secret police in Haiti under the regime of Papa Doc Duvalier in 1968.
