Nowadays, near Naples, one of the most important families of the Italian mafia is close to ascending even higher in the global crime hierarchy. However, a survivor from ancient times, recently released from the Underworld, where he had been plunged into a deep sleep, recently destroyed one of their lairs because of their activities. Refusing to be attacked by anyone, even a mythological creature, they call on a mercenary and his high-level unit to help their men bring down this beast.
