  • misterwolf Plot: As Wayne Gardner wins his reelection campaign by a landslide, Marcus Black, dubbed "Mister Wolf / The Howling Death", now living in a cabin, prepares for an upcoming snow storm. Commissioner Walker, humiliated by Black after he killed Sheriff Larson, appoints Gabriel O'Hara in Larson's place, not knowing that he supports Black. She orders Larry Kress to hunt Black again, but this time, he refuses, stating that Black is a "good man" despite his crimes.

  • misterwolf Meanwhile, SWAT leader Cohan Gaines learns of Black's activities and approaches Walker to hunt down Black, to which she agrees. Dakota Kravitz calls Black and warns him about Walker sending a SWAT team after him, and he believes her as he anticipated this. He decides to use the snow storm to his advantage, and overpowers multiple SWAT units alongside his wolf, Salazar. Deputy sheriff Mark Quinn warns Black that it's not over, and Black replies that he is aware. Quinn and O'Hara speak with the deputy mayor Harold Kravitz, who is also the father of both Kravitz and O'Hara, and attempt to convince him that Black is only defending himself. He denies this, and calls Dakota and tells her to stay away from Black, but she refuses and tells him that she loves him and supports him. Harold tells Walker that Dakota supports Black, and she sends police officers with arrest warrants. Dakota's mother, Marion, saves her and berates Harold for telling Walker.

  • misterwolf Quinn and O'Hara approach Mayor Gardner, who is already aware that Walker is the true mastermind behind everything. Gardner arranges an arrest warrant for Walker, while Black sets bear traps for Gaines' team. The SWAT team is defeated, and Gaines is saved for last, and he engages Black in a final battle. Just as Gaines overpowers Black, Salazar brutalizes Gaines, allowing Black to rip Gaines' spine out.

  • misterwolf Black tells Walker using a radio from a police officer he killed 2 years ago that Gaines is dead. Walker attempts to send more cops after Black, but he tells her that they are following the mayor's orders for a different arrest warrant-hers. O'Hara cuffs Walker and takes her to a maximum security prison, as Black reunites with Dakota and asks her to live him at his cabin, which she accepts as the end credits roll.
