Synopsis

Years after Monty has defeated anyone who dared to cross him and his family, it's 2002, a year after the tragic events of Sep. 11, 2001. And Monty struggles to live in this post 9/11 world as society and the world around him change. In the middle of a conflict between him, Jonah, & Ginny... They fight for the throne, as he wants to settle things between them they deny due to what he did, and it seems to late. As he tries to find atonement, he decides between choosing either his family or the the throne.

  • nathanbates Would have been funny if you had gone with a nepo-baby actress for this, especially since there’s so many options around (and beyond the joke, a lot of them are pretty good actresses)

    • oscarpacino @nathanbates Yeah, I still have got mixed feelings on Godfather Part 3. I decided this story to have a "what if Michael was redeemed" in the end, in a way Saul/Jimmy was

    • nathanbates @oscarpacino I really did like what Coppola was going for at the end of Part 3 by making Michael’s children pay the price. Even Anthony, who ostensibly gets to escape the family life, is still acting out that same violence onstage. It’s seeped in too deep. Whatever, I’m a sucker for a tragic end.
