Set four years after the death of District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman is still being hunted by the Gotham City Police Department. Arms dealer Oswald Cobblepot targets Bruce Wayne in psychological games, motivated by spite in a decades held grudge against Bruce's father Thomas Wayne. New vigilante Huntress is determined to make herself known as Batman's spiritual successor. Bruce rescues homeless orphan Richard Grayson and seeks to train him to be physically and mentally sound.
