Character Description

As the head of Q-Branch, Q is the one assigned to guide and advise 007 on his gadgets. While a bit too silly in Bond’s POV, he nonetheless reminds him not to go crazy with it. Because he reminds him, he has the license to kill and not the license to disobey rules.
