Bond's brother from Langley. As much as Bond likes to enjoy the luxuries of life that come with the mission, he is serious and focused, but at times on edge. Felix, meanwhile, is the guy who keeps things lighter (pun intended) to make sure nothing hits the fan. But then again, he’s not the guy who is to be messed with, either. He ain’t the CIA’s go-to-guy for nothing.
