A former MI6 operative who defected and became a freelance for-hire assassin. Despite being their operative and having a license to kill, he was considered too unstable to be a 00 agent (yikes). General Vahl apparently offered him a decent amount of 7 figures to hunt down Bond and Delacroix by any means necessary, as long as The Black Daffodil doesn’t get stolen from his hands.
