A young man learns that he is the last of the Rivan line, a kingdom charged with protecting the powerful Orb of Aldur. Now the orb has been stolen, and Garion, with the help of some new found allies, must go on a quest to retrieve the orb and stop the evil god, Torak from taking over the world.
