Synopsis

A Dark Fantasy film based on 'Jack and the Beanstalk'. For generations, the suffering people of the village have lived bleak lives in the shadow of the floating castle of bone that is home to "the Giant", a cruel and greedy monster feared by all. Enticed by tales of the Giant's hoard of riches, a jaded thief named Jack makes a blood sacrifice with a grim mystic to get the chance to rob the Giant...only to not discover riches, but instead an imprisoned maiden who claims to have been given as a sacrifice to the Giant, and who will do anything it takes to escape...and is more than willing to force Jack to help her, his well being be damned.

Description of Jack Spriggins:

A villager who turned to a life of burglary and mugging to get by after the death of his father. Seduced by the dream of the Giant's riches, Jack turns to the Mystic to get the chance to rob the monster's floating palace, willing to pay the price of the life of his own mother. Jack, both angry at the world and driven mad by greed, is harrowed and terrified when the Maiden forces him to partake in her quest to escape the Giant.
