Fan Casting The Batman: The Brave & The Bold

With Falcone dead, Gotham's criminal underworld finds itself under the management of Falcone's former business associate, the hideously disfigured Oswald Cobblepot, an Englishman better known by his enemies as "The Penguin". However, the seemingly-organized criminal network of the city is turned over by the arrival of a violent sociopathic murderer known as "The Joker", who takes on the personality of a sardonic comedian. This sends Batman, teamed with Commissioner Gordon and DA Harvey Dent to put the villainous duo's partnership to an end.
