Fan Casting The Batman: Scarecrow Fever

After the events of the Batman(2022),

Gotham City after having endured the effects and aftermath of the flooding of the city by the mad murderous Riddler now face a new wave of terror and fear in the form of a terrorist threat called the Scarecrow that uses a naratotic mixed with a powerful psychological agent that causes people to hallucinate and see their worst fears.

Batman alongside Jim Gordon, Harvey Dent and several new characters have to discover the twisted truths that all people have within even their unconscious selves.

This film would be more of a thriller mixed with a feeling of being in a dream like state in which certain things apppear more terrifying but in reality are just the mind being manipulate to chase hysteria and chaos.
