Harleen Quinn wasn't a good psycho-analyst in Arkham Penitentiary Institution. In fact, she's a primadonna woman that always finds a way to get herself what she wants. In the light of Batman's appearance, she wanted to know the secret beneath the mask and why he and the Joker seem (according to her) well to get along with. But again, she's full of curiosity and ask Joker about the Batman relation with him.
