Story Plot
It’s winter in Gotham City, and with that comes a man who thrives in the cold… Victor Freeberg’s wife Nora has contracted a mysterious illness that keeps her bedridden. In order to keep her alive, Victor has cryogenically frozen her to give him time to find a cure. Eventually his path crosses with Batman, who intends on helping him find the cure.
