Fan Casting The City Of The Batman

Arkham Asylum, nicknamed "Gotham's City Of The Damned", has somehow become over-run by the inmates, lead by a hideously deformed man who has even managed to turn two researchers running the asylum's "Criminally Insane Reformation Program" against the system they swore to protect. Batman, Commissioner Gordon, Lucius Fox, Harvey Dent, Selina Kyle and a new ally begin the descent into the dark underbelly of the asylum, where Bruce finds out just how deep his mother's connection with the institute really goes.
