Fan Casting Hush in The Dark Knight Universe (DCEU)

I dont really want him to look just like Bruce Wayne but similar would be okay. And it needs to be a childhood friend of Bruce's. One that envied his family and upbringing. He would drive himself to be Bruce and everything that Bruce is.... except a hero. He wants to destroy Bruce. The cold hearted feeling I could get from Richard Madden playing this character.
