Description of Batgirl II / Black Bat (Cassandra Cain):

She is deadly and she doesn't even need to be a batgirl. Maybe have her introduced as the Black Bat trying to give Batman a bad name in Gotham. She works for Ra's Al Ghul before she turns on him and Talia Al Ghul.
