Phase 1 of my revamped DC Universe
Bruce Wayne has returned to Gotham after training and is just starting to become Batman. He sets his eyes on stopping Oswald Cobblepot (The Penguin) and his gang from taking over Gotham. The GCPD, want to stop Batman as they see him as a nuisance and a threat but detective Jim Gordon begs to differ.
