Victor Fries, a cryogenics expert who was caught in a laboratory mishap whilst attempting to cure his terminally ill wife, Nora. There is also an election for Gothams next mayor, Harvey Dent seems to be the best contender. With the former mayber being deceased, Bruce desides to adopt his son Dick Grayson.
