It's been two years after the Riddler tried to flood Gotham. He meets Dick Grayson who's one of the flying graysons. After witnessing the death of his parents. Bruce Wayne takes dick in. But dick wants to get revenge against the man who killed his parents which worries Bruce Wayne.
