Bruce has been Batman for a few years. He and his Sidekick Robin (Dick Grayson) are searching for a new crime boss known as the Penguin. Meanwhile, Vicki Vale is working with the GCPD to expose the corruption of Mayor Oswald Cobblepot. However, dirty cop Harvey Bullock, and corrupt commissioner Gillian Loeb, both pawns of the mayor are trying their best. Batman must team up with District Attorney Harvey Dent, who is running for mayor, and the only clean cop left,, Lieutenant Jim Gordon. Along with Robin, the four of them take on The Penguin’s criminal underworld, and his assassins he hired to take out The Bat
