Character Description
The second Robin, Jason Todd had been presumed dead for years after supposedly being killed by Joker. He was revived by Ras Al Ghul and then escaped from him. Mentally unhinged he has become the aggressive Red Hood. For the first story-arc he arrives in Gotham city developing a harsher brand of justice and mocking the Bats. He haunts Batman like ghost, furious that he was not avenged. He will try to make amends and get back into the family.
