Description of Ragman (Rory Regan):
Rory Regan was a teen in Blüdhaven but he was also being trained by his grandfather to become Blüdhaven’s protector as Ragman. His family has a legacy of being Ragman and protecting Blüdhaven with their lives- the reason his parents are dead. He is from a middle-eastern family with ties to the league of assassins. The Ragman suit is made of magical fabric, rags, and bandages that can move at Rory’s command. He becomes the best friend and partner of Nightwing when he moves to Blüdhaven
