Description of Mr. Vulture:
A grizzled old vulture who was once the mentor to the Bad Guys when they were kids. He is now working for the villains against them. In the end even he has a change of heart when he realizes that that even though they use what he taught them against him and the other bad guys they remembered his telling them that the most important lesson is the importance of the team.
