Ray Palmer is one of the *smallest* members of the Justice League, and as well as being someone that much people don’t take seriously. He tries to find a better way for people to take him seriously, but instead, he decides to focus on his marriage and teaching career. But when of his old college buddies that worked with him on the original atom belt prototype, Sly Rundine, uses his version of the prototype to fight against Ray.
