Synopsis

The X-Men split into their two classic teams at a crucial moment. The Blue team (led by Cyclops and Emma Frost) go to Genosha at the invitation of the ruler Magneto, who would reveal the whereabouts of Professor X. Meanwhile, the Gold team (led by Kitty Pride) would try to dissuade President Robert Kelly from limiting the use of the mutant cure. The story would seem to march smoothly, with each team trying to appease two heated sides, until some actions of certain characters would accelerate the conflict.

Description of Erik Lenscher (Magneto):

The leader of Genosha and former enemy of the X-Men. He would still maintain his values ​​of distrust towards humans, but not in a villainous way. Professor X would have come to him after the X-Mansion was destroyed under mysterious circumstances, similar to what was seen in the Wolverine and the X-Men series. Magneto would have induced him into a coma to prevent him from attempting against himself. When he receives the attack of Kelly's Sentinels, he along with several mutants and the X-Men, successfully repel the attack, but they fail to prevent the great devastation and death that ravages Genosha, so Magneto, at the end of the film, declares war on the United States of America
