The Astonishing Spider-Man is the name I've chosen for my original Spider-Man film, which serves as a reboot of Sam Raimi's 2002-2007 Spider-Man trilogy, and as an alternative to Marc Webb's 2012 reboot The Amazing Spider-Man. The film follows an already established Peter Parker in his early 20s, fresh out of Midtown high and working for The Daily Bugle, trying to balance his life as Peter Parker with the life of his alter ego: Spider-Man, New York City's greatest superhero.
