The Warner Brothers and the Warner Sister (Yakko, Wakko, and Dot respectively) are three zany cartoon characters who run around the Warner movie lot and cause mayhem with their obnoxious antics and shenanigans. Psychiatrists and finishing school teachers get nervous breakdowns when they try to fix their behaviors. So whenever they get caught, they get locked in a compartment in the water tower. They just like to have fun without ever meaning to cause any damage. They get a chance to prove their worth when two lab mice escape from their cage and plan to take over the world by any means necessary.read more
