After getting a some closure with Gwen, Peter decides to move on with his life and not let the past get to him. He starts to date MJ and stops crime with Black Cat. He's also started a partner ship with Otto Octavius who is working on something that Norman Osborn shut down years ago, but maybe that was for good reason.
